Michael Cooling (Chairman)

Michael Cooling is a Fellow of the Investor Relations Society and the winner of IR magazine's first UK award for Lifetime Achievement in Investor Relations. He retired from Reuters Group as Head of Group Investor Relations in 1997 having previously joined the company as a financial journalist. He served as Financial Editor of Reuters from 1979 to 1981. He is a former Chairman of the Investor Relations Society, a position he filled from 1994 to 1997.

Raghnall Craighead

Raghnall Craighead

Raghnall Craighead qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Touche Ross before joining British Gas where he rose to become head of the national computer audit team. He then took over responsibility for the development of financial computer systems for the corporation.

He entered Investor Relations shortly after the denationalisation of British Gas in 1986 and stayed until the demerger of Centrica. In 1997 he moved to Woolwich for its demutualization and flotation in that year. In 2001 he moved to Barclays for eighteen months following its agreed acquisition of Woolwich. He is currently Head of Investor Relations in Europe for the National Australia Bank.

He has been a member of the Investor Relations Society since 1991 and was made a fellow of the Society in 1999. He is currently a director of the Society and Chairman of the IRS Examination Board.

Siobhan Turner

Siobhan Turner

Born and educated in Winnipeg, Canada, Siobhan moved to England in 1990. She trained and qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young, eventually joining their corporate finance team. She joined Hambros' Corporate Finance team in 1995, before joining Greenalls plc as Director of Investor Relations in 1998. She worked in Investor Relations for Greenalls and then EMI until 2003. In 2004, to her delight and her bank manager's dismay, she became Executive Director of the Institute of Masters of Wine. She enjoys wine, riding, swimming, theatre, and far too much good food.

Colin Edge

Colin Edge

Colin Edge has a background of over 20 years working with both open and closed ended funds with several leading institutions. He specialises in business and product development, distribution and relationship management in the institutional and high-end retail market. Mr. Edge's previous experience includes positions as Marketing Director of Close Finsbury Asset Management Ltd, director of Close Finsbury Global Investment Funds plc, and senior positions at Singer & Friedlander and Morgan Grenfell. Mr Edge is Marketing Director at Majedie Investments plc.
