I graduated with a BA (Hons) in Conservation from Camberwell College of Arts; not necessarily a natural route into Investor Relations, but a good grounding in what can be achieved through attention to detail.

My career in Investor Relations started in 1999 when I joined an IR Consultancy based in London. This gave me great experience across a broad range of functions including research projects, proxy solicitation, roadshow management and, what was then, Section 212 administration. I then went on to work for a financial research company as a client manager specialising in UK share register analysis.

I have been part of RD:IR since it was established, and have really enjoyed running the Analytics Team with Caroline since January 2007. It’s great to be part of the leading company in share register analysis and help our clients understand the obscurity of their share registers.
