I graduated from Aberystwyth University with a degree in International Relations. I began my research career in 2000 when I joined a specialist financial research company.
I have been with RD:IR since its inception in 2002 and have developed the Research Team to a team of full time employees, with additional temporary researchers and consultants we can call on when large projects are in progress.
The team specialises in managing major research projects for domestic and internationally quoted companies, financial organisations and regulatory bodies. We have developed our expertise in proxy solicitation, and have represented FTSE 100 companies in high-profile hostile bid situations through to AIM listed companies putting through special resolutions. In line with best practice, we encourage our clients to conduct regular sentiment surveys among their shareholder base, and we are well versed in conducting these from design through presentation to the Board.
