Lack of professional experience need not be an obstacle. If we feel that you are the right candidate, we will provide you with in-house training and support. Continuous training and involvement with external organisations, such as the UK IR Society, is encouraged to ensure everyone at RD:IR has a good understanding of the latest developments in capital markets and Investor Relations in general.

Process and submissions
Recruiting and retaining the right people is essential to RD:IR’s business strategy.
