Richard Davies Investor Relations (RD:IR) is looking for a methodical and organized administrator to join its Analytics Support Team. RD:IR analyses the share registers of over 600 listed companies, and the Analytics Support team is dedicated to the research of shareholder information.
Accuracy, attention to detail and good communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential. Full training will be given.
The work includes issuing, receiving, chasing and recording UK and non-UK legal notices requesting information on shareholdings.
Computer skills required include MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) and knowledge of MS Access would be useful.

Job description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our IR Services team.
Our online platform, IR InTouch, delivers shareholder analysis and investor contact relationship management (“CRM”) data to our clients, which are large UK companies and stock brokers. Our clients use this data as the basis of their investor relations and equity marketing strategies. The management of the CRM part of IR InTouch is the responsibility of the IR Services team which also looks after our investor targeting service and our proxy and corporate action services.
We require an individual to help maintain the institution and contact data within IR InTouch. Examples of the types of tasks that will be included in this role are maintaining email distribution lists, ensuring the accuracy of institution and contact data and producing readership reports for our clients. The role will involve periods of high volumes of telephone calls.
Qualifications:
The position is suitable for a graduate. The position is permanent.
