Proxy solicitation & communication services for shareholder meetings
Our targeting service offers companies an unconflicted and transparent way to identify potential new investors in any global market.
Our work augments the work carried out for companies by banks and brokers through a systemic thoughtful research process, which combines desk-top screening of investment firms, followed up by personal outreach to fund managers. Our team of experienced researchers screen the investor market using our extensive in-house fund manager databases for the countries or regions selected for the targeting to identify the fund management firms and funds that are potential buyers of our client’s stock. We use our investor weighting analysis to identify underweight investors to include in our targeting study, We then talk to the selected fund managers to ensure that they have all the information they need to make an informed choice about whether to monitor the stock from there on or to meet the company.
We offer one-time targeting campaigns or ongoing programmes to ensure that target investors are kept aware of news about our client, utilising both direct communication with fund managers and email distribution of new via our CRM platform. We use our shareholder analysis research to track changes in investor holdings or share purchases after the targeting work has been completed.
We can run targeting studies by region, country or city. We also offer specific investor type research programmes, such as private client stockbroker / retail intermediary surveys.
Our investor targeting report will include:
We organise roadshows in conjunction with our targeting campaigns in all global markets. We can set up meeting schedules and events; ensure target investors are adequately briefed ahead of the meeting; sourcing feedback from investors after the meeting; and track the take-up of stock by targets after the roadshow using our shareholder analysis service.
We also offer roadshows to current investors, as an alternative to the traditional non-deal post-results roadshows, where we provide intelligence on the most efficient use of senior management time in terms of investor meeting selection.
We offer third party roadshow evaluation where we provide advice on the suitability of investors for meetings to ensure the best use of use time and resource.
We organise capital market days, sourcing the venue, advising on the content, sending invitations and securing attendance, as well as gathering feedback from participants post event.
Our self-originated research is a bridge between the buy-side and small/mid-cap firms lacking sufficient sell-side coverage, improving their stock recognition and increasing trading liquidity.
We provide a helpful remote support service to companies that require an extra pair of hands to manage their IR activity. This can be taken on an ad-hoc or on-going basis.
Activities we can manage for you externally include:

We can also recommend well-established financial PR partners.
Companies should review their IR strategy on a regular basis in order to achieve the maximum return on resource. We can help by auditing and reviewing the existing strategy and make suggestions on enhancing the offering within the same budgetary constraints.
We provide advice to both executive and non-executive directors on all IPO-related matters, from strategic, regulatory, and operational perspectives, ahead of, during, and after the actual float.
Our consultancy team conducts in-depth highly analytical market perception surveys of buy- and sell-side investors to help the boards, senior management and investor relations teams of companies understand the views of a complex and varied market. In addition to being part of good corporate governance, as defined by the Combined Code, our surveys seek to provide strategic outputs for companies to improve their communication to the market and to provide boards with an independent unconflicted view on investor opinion.
In addition to our in-depth investor perception surveys, we also offer smaller scale snapshot surveys where we poll investors, current or target, on specific issues, such as strategy or quality of financial reporting.
Investors will pay more for a company, when they buy its story. We can help formulate and re-evaluate your equity story so that investors and analysts can build a strong and durable investment case for your stock.
